This is the perfect weaten loaf: moist, nutty, satisfying and also super-healthy! Kefir gives this a healthy boost of nutrients; coarse wholemeal flour vitamins and fibre and ground flax seeds a real omega 3 boost. It’s also a really simple bread – it’ll be in the oven in 10 minutes or less! You can halve the recipe for one loaf, but I tend to do two if the oven’s on anyway and freeze one (if it makes it that far!).
