Food, Mood & Health Workshop/Cookery Class

- What we eat/why we eat/optimising nutrition & energy levels
- Making changes to our lifestyle – how to do it and why it’s so hard!
- Hands-on cookery class where we will prepare a delicious, plant-based feast that will impress any omnivore!
- Afternoon ‘Make & Take’ session where we will make something fabulous to take home
